in the middle of a wheat field. At Mancini Pastificio Agricolo we produce pasta exclusively with the durum wheat that we grow and harvest annually in the fields in the heart of Le Marche region, Italy, resulting every year in a “seasonal” product reflective of each year's agricultural conditions.

The Mancini Spaghetti are a very good product, they are made from a selection of grains grown in the land owned by the pasta factory that cultivates and transforms its grains. They are drawn to the bronze and dried at low temperatures are therefore extremely tasty and porous, great for exalting each dish.
